On 11/6/14 I was sparring in my martial arts class Krav Maga. As I blocked a hook punch with my right arm it dislocated my shoulder and actually tore my labrum off the glenoid bone. I saw Dr. DaSilva and he ended up doing the Bankart repair surgery procedure on 12/19/14. He did an excellent job and after 4 months of physical therapy I am just about at 100%. I cannot thank Dr. DaSilva, the staff and the physical therapy staff enough. You all played an important role to get me back to running, weights and working out. I would refer anyone to Rebound and Dr. DaSilva.. Thank you all again so much!!!!

Hip replacement at 61. Three months after surgery hiking Dog Mountain (7 mi; 3,000 ft elevation). Two months later, backpacking in the Canadian Rockies (carried my 30 lbs. and passed the extra weight to family). Now, biking 40 miles with ease and looking forward to more wilderness backpacking.

After many years and several Doctors, Dr Nemacek diagnosed my back pain and performed the spinal fusion surgery that gave me my life back. Rebound Orthopedic and Dr Nemecek you both rock, thank you for giving me my life back.

I am very pleased with my new knee and had a wonderful experience with the doctor and his staff. Dr. Roberts' name comes up nearly every day as the guy to go to for knee replacement.

I was All League outside line backer for Skyview high school 2011-2014, in my last regular season game of my senior year before we went to the state quarter finals I blew out my knee. My MCL, PCL, and posterio corner of my meniscus had to be reconstructed. Not only was this a blow physically, but mentally as well. I went from thinking I was invincible to not being able to do what I loved, playing football or any sports for that matter. I saw a different Doctor in Texas at first who at the time I thought was amazing. He was the U.S ski team's surgeon, so I was ecstatic I had the opportunity to go to him. I was very wrong. My knee was in constant pain after the surgery for an entire year. Constantly grinding and popping every step I took. My motivation was at an all time low. When I moved back to Vancouver, Washington I met up with doctor Ellis and He went in and made my knee feel practically good as new. My biggest regret was not going to Dr. Ellis in the first place. It is amazing what the man can do. He fixed my knee, which in turn has given me new opportunities in life, and has increased my quality of life ten fold. I would recommend him to anyone with any knee or shoulder issues as he is extremely well-versed in both practices. I am proud to announce I will be playing football at MT. San Antonio Junior College this fall and it is 100% because of Dr. Ellis. Very excited to show him my progress in the future! Thank You again!!

Thank you Dr. Borus and team! I practiced physical therapy for 16 years and live in southern Oregon and had been postponing much needed total knee surgeries for the last five years. I am only 58 and the research I did indicated that the custom Conformis implant would give me the best chance of long term success. Dr. Borus came highly recommended so I had the surgery in June 2014. He exceeded every expectation from the the lengthy initial appointment to the surgery, to the many follow up appointments. I am 11 months post op and have no pain on standing whatsoever. I have several friends who had this surgery at other places around the country and I feel so fortunate to not have any of the issues that they are having. It has not been easy, but I plan to have my other knee done soon by Dr. Borus and have sent everyone I know looking for an orthopedist his way. The Salmon Creek Hospital is stellar with one of the lowest infection rates I have seen, not to mention top knotch care. This is very high praise coming from a former physical therapist. I took my son to Dr. Wong for a broken finger that needed to be surgically repaired. He was amazing with my son (who has Autism and is not always the easiest to deal with)! He answered all of my questions with patience and understanding that I was a mother worried over her son and what he would be going through. Dr. Wong made sure we were comfortable with everything and he has been amazing in his follow-ups with us! I can't imagine going anywhere else or having another doctor! Thank you for everything, I really appreciate all of the effort you made to make me happy!!

I had my left knee replaced at 51 due to a college soccer injury. I was told when I was 27 that I would someday need a total knee replacement. I waited many years until the process was perfected and they lasted.
