From the North:
- Travel south on I-5.
- Take Exit 302B, I-405 South Beaverton/St. Helens.
- Cross the Willamette River on the Fremont Bridge. Stay to the right towards St. Helens and take Exit 3.
- Take the Vaughn Street exit.
- Turn left onto NW 23rd Avenue (first traffic light after the Vaughn Street exit).
- Turn left onto NW Northrup Street.
- Turn right onto NW 22nd Avenue.
- Turn left onto NW Marshall Street to parking structures 2 and 3.
From the South:
- Travel north on I-5.
- I-5 splits south of downtown; stay to the left.
- Follow the signs to the I-405/City Center/Beaverton exit (Exit 299B).
- Take Exit 2B, Everett Street, onto 14th Street.
- Continue on 14th Street. Turn left on NW Marshall Street to parking structures 2 and 3.
From the East:
- Travel west on I-84.
- Follow the signs to I-5 North (right lanes).
- Follow I-5 North to Exit 302B.
- Take Exit 302B across the Fremont Bridge.
- Cross the Willamette River on the Fremont Bridge. Stay to the right towards St. Helens and take Exit 3.
- Take the Vaughn Street exit.
- Turn left onto NW 23rd Avenue (the first traffic light after the Vaughn Street exit).
- Turn left onto NW Northrup Street.
- Turn right onto NW 22nd Avenue.
- Turn left onto NW Marshall Street to parking structures 2 and 3.
From the West:
- Travel east on US 26/Sunset Highway.
- Exit onto I-405 Seattle/St. Helens.

Where to Park:
- Parking structures 2 and 3 are closest to Medical Office Building 2. Free valet parking is available for all appointments at the main entrance of the hospital on NW 22nd Avenue, between NW Lovejoy Street and NW Marshall Street.
Where to Check In:
- Go into Medical Office Building 2. Take the elevators to the sixth floor. Our office is directly in front of the elevators on the left in Suite 610.

Where to Park:
- Free valet parking is available for all appointments at the main entrance of the hospital on NW 22nd Avenue, between NW Lovejoy Street and NW Marshall Steet. You can also self-park in one of the three parking garages attached to the hospital.
Where to Check In:
- Enter at the main hospital entrance located on NW 22nd Avenue. Take elevator 1 or 2 to the second floor. As you exit the elevator, the radiology registration desk will be directly in front of you.

- Free valet parking is available for all appointments at the main entrance of the hospital on NW 22nd Avenue, between NW Lovejoy Street and NW Marshall Street. You can also self-park in one of the three parking garages attached to the hospital.

- Enter Medical Office Building 3. Take the elevators to the third floor. Laboratory Services is located in Suite 360.
