Jessica Woods, D.P.T.

Jessica is an Oregon native who received her Doctoral degree in 2008 from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. After spending 11 years in the Seattle area, she made her way back closer to home. She has an extensive background in orthopedics and sports medicine with a special interest in shoulder/throwing athletes and hip rehabilitation.

Jessica believes in developing an individualized plan of care for each unique person, putting their goals at the forefront. She utilizes a blend of hands-on treatment techniques combined with functional movement analysis to restore the athlete or individual to their sport or daily activities.

When not in the clinic, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and dog. She enjoys being active in the gym with weight lifting and functional movement training, hiking, camping, and snowshoeing.
